Car Hero Full Service

Clients who want all the benefits of a buyer working in their interests, but none of the hassle of the traditional dealer process prefer our Full Service option. This fee-for-service model gets nearly all the work off your plate, and onto ours.

With the full-service approach clients will receive:

- Initial estimates with the MSRP, invoice, and a target price of the desired vehicle
- Consultation on financing alternatives to maximize your long-term savings
- Assistance with the buy vs. lease question, and the impact on your overall cost
- Location of the exact car you want before visiting a single dealership
- Scheduled test drives (if applicable)
- Provide a trade-in analysis and advice if you have a vehicle to trade
- Negotiate a higher trade-in value through alternate buyers
- Consultation throughout the process
- Oversee the contract details before you sign
- Coordination of transportation and delivery of vehicle
- Set up delivery of your new car whenever possible

Pricing- Our fee is 1.5% of a new or pre-owned* vehicles priced $20,000 or more. Our fee for vehicles under $20,000 is $350. 50% deposit is due upfront to initiate Car Hero Agent full service, with the balance due at time of sale.

* Pre-owned vehicles that you have located. To have us locate a pre-owned vehicle use the Car Locator service.
